My name is Willy Braun (@willybraun), I'm the co-founder of Galion.exe, investing at the seed stage in France.
Prior to Galion.exe, I co-founded daphni, a pan-European venture capital fund investing in digital startups that have a strong impact on people's lives. We raised 170m€ and invested in 28 wonderful companies - I’m still active with this fund, following and supporting the companies but left the management company, daphni. I then worked for one year as an Operating Partner at Revaia, a wonderful growth fund investing in sustainable scale-ups.
Before that, I was the first General Manager of France Digitale, the biggest French lobby gathering startups & investors to make France a better place to found and develop digital champions.
I love books (check my library!), design, social sciences (especially psychology, sociology & economics), photography (check my photos!), clothes and marketing. But most of all, I relish by storytelling of all form.
